Healthcare data lived across systems that struggled to talk to one another. I helped take Google’s cloud healthcare data platform from concept to global availability, giving organizations a foundation for medical imaging, analytics, and AI.
Cloud / Security
Large organizations needed visibility into security and more control over sensitive data. I helped launch the G Suite Security Center and customer-managed encryption keys, addressing barriers to cloud adoption in financial services.
Healthcare / Applied AI
Promising research needs a path to practical use. I demonstrated Google’s AI-assisted mammography work to customers and partners, helping turn the technology into concrete opportunities for collaboration.
Google.org / Accessibility
Access to assistive technology can change someone’s daily life. I contributed to Google.org’s Disability Impact Challenge, supporting work to expand independence and opportunity for people with disabilities.

05A little context
My path runs through computer science, a PhD at UC Berkeley, engineering, and eleven years in product at Google. The systems changed. The habit stayed: look closely, test assumptions, and understand what would actually help.
Today I work with founders and teams on problems where business judgment and technical detail meet. I stay close enough to the work to carry an idea through to something people can use.
